Worked for IPG for 10 years. Amber (President) was an awesome person to work with. however after getting a new doo Dan Ogden, things went down hill. They gave us a new Regional Manager who was making us do un ethical and shady work practices. always being asked to do things that were not right and kept telling me that i could not have vacation when we requested time off. after having family issues i asked for just two weeks off to sort this out once again was told that i could not have my two weeks off, (i had 315 hours available and was within company policy). had to give up job and asked for them to pay out my vacation i had worked hard for in the past years and had been faithful and loyal to IPG. Was told NO and they would not give me my vacation. I thought this was a good company with great standards. I was wrong, i am not the only employee who has been wronged. This company does this to their tenants also and if they try and say something they find a reason to evict them and take there home from them. BEWARE of this company they seem caring but will do what it takes to line their pockets and empty yours.
